Nurse Knowledge Exchange: Pediatric
Nurse Knowledge Exchange, also known as change of shift report, is a real time exchange of information that promotes accountability and teamwork between nurses. It is also an opportunity to involve the patient and family in the patient’s plan of care. This example takes place in the pediatric environment.++++
